This wedding was BEAUTIFUL!! Amanda and Mike have a beautiful family and I had a great time celebrating their marriage with them and their families. All of the little details were so beautiful and I was especially obsessed with the bouquets!! They were absolutely gorgeous. I always feel so honored to be asked to document a wedding-it’s such a special day!!
I have been so so terrible lately about keeping up with my blog posts!! The last couple months have just been busy, and I’ve probably been watching more television in my spare than I should. Anyway, my nephew, Christoph, was born at the end of July, and isn’t he so absolutely darling?! I was so excited to meet him and spend lots of time snuggling with him. Congratulations to my sister and her husband!!!
My brother is married!!! They had their actual wedding ceremony in ROME, which is pretty amazing. But when they returned they had a wedding reception so they could celebrate with all their families and friends. The location was beautiful and it was such a nice, sunny, day. I was so happy to do the pictures for them, aren’t they a beautiful couple?! These are some of my favorites from the couple & family photos we took before the reception began.
My sister is having a baby!!! As I mentioned in my previous post, her and her husband are expecting a baby boy later this summer. This will be the first grandson on our side of the family, so we are all very excited. This past weekend was her baby shower, and while I was done in the area I did the farm pictures for the nursery, and also some maternity pictures! I really enjoy doing maternity sessions because of that expecting mama glow! It was supposed to be a cloudy day-but ended up being SO sunny. I am so happy with how these turned out!
My sister and her husband are expecting a baby boy later this summer and I am so excited for them! I can’t wait to meet this little baby-who is already completely spoiled. My brother-in-law’s family farms, and so they’ve decided to do a farm theme for the nursery. One element they wanted to include in the nursery was actual pictures of the farm! I took some pictures for them over the weekend and I can’t wait to see them hanging up in his room.
It’s been a LONG winter and even though it’s mid-April the weather is still pretty chilly. But this past weekend we had a few really beautiful days, so it was the perfect time to do this maternity session!! The backdrop is an old tobacco barn on my grandfather’s property, which worked perfectly for what Cody and Alex wanted. I love how these pictures turned out so much that it was hard to narrow them down! I am so excited for this super sweet couple and I can’t wait for them to welcome their baby girl next month!
